EU Council Position on Final Draft Data Protection Regulation

On 6 April 2016, the Council of the European Union made available its Position at first reading with a view to the adoption of a General Data Protection Regulation.

The Position appears to be a consolidated draft of the final General Data Protection Regulation in which the numbering of all articles and their subsections has been tidied up.
